Tri County Dental Society gathered together for a lovely evening of socializing, food, and wine!
The room was decorated in red and white and tables were topped with candles that had holiday quotes on them.

Dinner we comprised of pairings between Hor D'oeuvres from Bon Appetit and wine from Wilmington Wine.
A few of the pairings were:
-Basil Bocconcini with Grape Tomatoes paired with La Fiera Soave;Veneto, Italy
-Wild Mushroom Cakes with an Avocado Salsa paired with Honora Vera Garnacha; Calatayud, Spain
-Thinly Sliced Stromboli paired with Prodigo Sangiovese di Romagna Riserva; Emilia-Romagna, Italy
-Mini Crab Cakes Topped with Lemon Dill and Cajun Aioli paired with Chateau de Valmer Vouvray; Loire Valley, France
Dessert was also paired with wine. The display of mini desserts included a variety of goodies for the guests to enjoy!
