The Ave Maria Family Practice, a local physician's center, envisioned a classic decor for their annual holiday party. The tables were set with china glasses and plates, complete with white cloth napkins. The clear draped lights in The RiverRoom courtesy of The Audio Visual People, gave the party's simplistic setup an elegant touch.
The 50 guests were in for a treat from Middle of the Island Catering Catering. Dinner consisted of 11 variety dishes including BBQ chicken, lasagna, baked tilapia, roast beef and a number of side items. Side salads, dinner rolls and cornbread complimented the meal. Following dinner, guests had their choice of banana pudding, apple crisp, peach cobbler, and warm brownies for dessert.
