Caroline and Leo's deck wedding and RiverRoom reception

On Mother's Day 2012, Caroline and Leo Leonard celebrating their partnership at The RiverRoom with a beautiful May wedding. Joined by 50 of their closest friends and family, Caroline and Leo married on the deck at 3:30pm. The reception began with the introduction of our new bride and groom. Sawmill Restaurant put out a tasty display of chicken cordon blue, mash potatoes, salad and more! This was the third time we had Sawmill Restaurant here. We were really impressed with their professionalism and great tasting food. This is a great option for food and their catering menu starts at $11.95!

After dinner, the cake was cut and toasts were given. Then, it was on to the dancing portion of the evening. Leo and Caroline used DJ Professionals and were very happy that they could really customize their playlist to fit their music taste.

The couple chose fushia pink and bright green as their color palette. The room looked really nice with all of the attention to detail and consistency of colors. They even set up a candy bar with pink and green candies. The couple did not have to rent many additional rentals since The RiverRoom already provides seating for 50. They just had to rent a sweetheart table and chairs for the deck ceremony. Party Suppliers provided the additional rentals, including linen. Tammy with Creative Cakes made a gorgeous cake for the couple's big day. Leo's father put together a very nice slideshow of Leo and Caroline and their life together thus far. He also hung pictures of the couples in our catering nook. They did a great job of tying the whole theme together throughout the room. Here at The RiverRoom, we are thankful that Leo and Caroline chose our venue to host their wedding day. We enjoyed getting to know your family and being a part of your dream wedding.
