2011 Holiday Parties at The RiverRoom

This month, The RiverRoom was home to Carolina Sports Medicine and Lovitt's Auto Sales' holiday parties. We had a blast celebrating this holiday season.

Carolina Sports Medicine Holiday Party

On Friday, December 3, Mrs. Esposito of Carolina Sports Medicine invited 50 employees to The RiverRoom for a night of dancing, gift giving and fun times. Eric with DJ Professionals and Video made sure to play just the right mix of music to keep the ladies and gentlemen on the dance floor. With a mix of classics and top 40, the dance floor was rarely empty.

Jerry Rouse's Catering was the sole vendor of the evening. Jerry's provided the linens, food, alcohol and waitstaff. If you are looking for a one-stop shop, this is a great option. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious! I recommend the crab cakes! 

It's important to remember what the holiday season is about. All of the attendants brought a toy to donate to Toys for Tots. It was nice to see everybody chipping in to make a better Christmas for others less fortunate.

Lovitt's Auto Sales Holiday Party

Our second holiday party was on Saturday, December 17 for Lovitt's Auto Sales. This crew also knew how to have a great time. Mrs. Lovitt created a personalized Christmas music playlist we were able to play on our surround sound system.

The Butler Did It! was hired to help set up and break down the event and stay throughout the whole evening to bar-tend and assist with food.

Mrs. Lovitt mainly self-catered the party, while picking up a few appetizers from Front Street Brewery. It is very cost effective to be able to bring in your own bar and food! Holiday cupcakes were provided by Coastal Cupcakes. The key lime cupcake was absolutely amazing!
