On Sunday, April 22, 2012, Cheyanne Richardson became Mrs. Chris Chandler. The rain held out just long enough to have a successful beach wedding at Shell Island Resort at 3:00pm. Following the ceremony, guests traveled downtown to The RiverRoom for the wedding reception. The room looked very enchanting with red, black and white colors. They used black and red hanging lanterns, along with red and black rocks in the vase centerpieces.
Islands was the caterer chosen for the evening. Islands is a fresh Mex grill with a Caribbean flair. They set up a taco bar with the option of beer, chicken or black bean and all the fixin's. The cake was made by a baker at Tasteful Creations, a co-op of several talented and professional designers, chefs, bakers, event planners, musicians, photographers and officiates working together to assist you in all facets of your event planning in Wilmington. The photographer was a family friend and the couple took advantage of being able to bring in their own beer and wine for the bar!
Two speakers were rented from DJ Professionals for $200 so the couple could play their own playlist by the dance floor.
We would like to wish Cheyanne and Chris many, many years of love and happiness. It was a pleasure hosting your big day! CONGRATULATIONS!
