Lights, Camera, Action - Khalilah BOND!

The RiverRoom hosted a different type of event than we usually do this past Sunday, January 26th. We hosted a video shoot for A Boxed Event, which will be entered into a contest to win a wedding TV series on WE TV. When Khalilah of A Boxed Event won a local commercial contest from AriMuse Productions, she save this as the perfect time to shoot her audition tape for the TV show, while still creating a promotional video for her company, A Boxed Event.

Etc. Party Rentals provided the linens, The Audio Visual People did the hanging Edison lights and yellow waterfall effect lights, DJ Professionals provided the fun photo booth, while Heirloom Vintage China Hire provided the pretty mismatched dining plates.

So the big day was here and AriMuse brought out all of the tricks, with lighting, crew members, over 30 casted extras and a beautiful location overlooking the Cape Fear River. They shot some exterior shots along the cobblestone streets of Water Street in front of The RiverRoom. Then, they shot the reception scene inside The RiverRoom.

We can't spoil the commercial yet...but pretty much...Khalilah saves the day...as usual! But in the latest Bond style with her 4 bond girls!

It was a blast for us to see the behind the scenes and how much it takes to shoot a 3 minute promo video. The shooting lasted over 5 hours at The RiverRoom and they still have more to do! We can't wait to share it with you once it's complete! Stay tuned to our Facebook!
