The day couldn't have began more perfect with the sun shining off the water, a cool breeze and amazing 65 degree weather on this Saturday in mid February. On Saturday, February 18, 2012, close family and friends arrived early to get the beautiful decorations organized. Valarie chose to do flower & vase arrangements in the color scheme of silver, black and eggplant. The bride provided her own linens and a couple of extra 6 foot tables, creating a U-shaped head table seating 26 and then 5 separate tables for the remaining seating.
The afternoon began with the wedding ceremony on our deck. At 5:00pm on February 18, 2012, guests sat or stood for the 20 minute ceremony out in the beautiful, breezy afternoon sun. The wedding party got their pictures done by the wonderful Ray Baca of Baca Photography. Guests then came in to enjoy munchies before dinner provided by Middle of the Island Catering and grab a drink and enjoy some tunes from Eric of DJ Professionals!
Guests ate and chatted and danced the night away - a real celebration of Valarie & Billy's love and new beginning! Congrats you two, thanks for sharing with us here at The RiverRoom!
