On a chilly, yet beautiful Friday morning, Shamekia Brown and James Pridgen became one during a RiverRoom deck wedding ceremony. The happy couple was joined by 100 of their closest friends and family. Immediately following the ceremony, the guests hurried inside for a delicious meal prepared by Middle of the Island. The classic black and white theme with red accents looked very elegant in The RiverRoom. Shamekia used white hydrangeas and white roses for her bouquets and centerpieces. Black and white lanterns were hung from the ceiling. The couple also had a black and white cake from Apple Annie's. A big thanks goes out to Aunt Joyce for helping Shamekia and James plan their special day. A Tent Event supplied the linens and extra tables and chairs. Taken by Sarah was the photographer for the day as well. Congratulations to James and Shamekia. We wish you an eternity of love and happiness!
