Shanna + Carter's Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party

The RiverRoom hosted Shanna and Carter's rehearsal dinner and welcoming party on Friday evening, October 24th, 2014! The newly engaged couple and their guests enjoyed some sweet southern BBQ & fixin's from Jackson's BBQ, who also provided lemonade and iced tea for the dinner. ETC Party Rentals provided the black linens & a few extra cocktail tables!

The room was set up with 6 round tables & 6 cocktail tables for the 40 guests who attended the rehearsal dinner. Additional guests were invited to come down to The RiverRoom around 8:00pm for a drink and snack on the river. The mother of the groom, Linda, loved being able to bring in their own beer & wine & outside caterer to serve to the guests. Linda designed the pretty white floral arrangements adorning the tables. The Audio Visual People provided the hanging Edison lights strung across the ceiling.

Apple Annie's designed & made the NC State groom's cake for Carter & friends. It was super moist & delicious! Linda handled the appetizers during cocktail hour and just used Jackson's BBQ for the dinner! This was a great way to save a little money on feeding a lot of folks!
