Patrick + Lindsey's Rehearsal Dinner

On Friday, September 19th, Patrick and Lindsey held their rehearsal dinner at The RiverRoom!

The couple hosted 70 guests for the dinner.  There were 10 round tables and 1 head table set up in the room.  As soon as you walked in, there was a seating chart.  Patrick and Lindsey are big ECU fans, so their colors were purple and gold with linens provided by ETC Party Rentals. The round tables had purple linens while the head table was a rectangular shape with a gold linen.

Lily Belles provided the beautiful flower centerpieces & provided coordination throughout the wedding weekend.  These were accented with candles and white napkins placed on the tables. There was also a lounge area set up in front of the bar from Eventful Furniture.  They rented a white couch and some cocktail tables that included some very stylish gold linens.  The couple had a slideshow set up in the back of the room for their guests to view from the dinner tables or the lounge area throughout the night.

A Thyme Savor provided all of the catering for the dinner.  There was 2 servers and a bartender. They also served had beer and wine.  As mentioned before, the couple are big ECU fans, so their cake had to be the ECU pirate as well. The detail of the cake was so intricate and intense.  It really made a statement!

The room was lit with the Edison lights from The Audio Visual People which added a nice touch. The evening was simple with just the iPod playing throughout the night.  After cocktail hour, everyone sat and enjoyed a fabulous dinner followed by a few toasts and speeches.  The night went very smoothly in preparation for the wedding the following day.  Congratulation Patrick and Lindsey!
