Lindsey & Carl Indoor Wedding Ceremony & Reception

On Sunday, June 22, 2014, The RiverRoom hosted the wedding of Lindsey & Carl Hardy! The intimate wedding was inside The RiverRoom. They were able to stage the ceremony over the dance floor for an easy "flip" into the reception. They set up 40 chairs over the dance floor and just had to move the chairs to around to the guests table after the ceremony. Adena Mitchell Events was the coordinator and did a great job making sure everything was beautiful and ran smoothly. DJ Professionals & Video provided music and MC service for the ceremony and reception.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed appetizers from Middle of the Island and a cold beverage from the bar. Hot Pink Cake Stand provided the pretty cake and cupcakes that we placed perfectly in the arch window overlooking the water. The purple and gold tones looked beautiful in The RiverRoom with linens provided by Etc. Party Rentals. A chilled bottle of white wine was placed on each table with rose petals around it to complete this simple tablescape.

The Audio Visual People hung Edison lights and Adena added white Chinese lanterns on some of the bulbs to light them up! Bobby McElvine was the photographer and did a great job capturing all of the excited moments throughout the wedding day!
