J + J Rehearsal Dinner on February 28th!

On Friday evening, February 28, 2014, Jennifer Dudley and Josh Wright had their rehearsal dinner at The RiverRoom. They were joined by about 70 of their closest friends and family members to gather before the big day. The sweet couple decided to get married at Brooklyn Arts Center on March 1st but we were the perfect size for their rehearsal dinner!

They rented a couple extra tables and chairs, plus linens, from Party Suppliers. Jennifer used these beautiful rustic, green lanterns as her centerpiece on each table.

We were so pleased with McCall's Bar-B-Que & Seafood out of Goldsboro, NC. This was the first time they catered here and everything was soooooo delicious. We had ribeye and blackened mahi while they saved the BBQ and southern fixin's for the wedding day. They were able to cook off-site in Wilmington and everything was perfectly cooked and ready to serve!

The Audio Visual People provided the pretty Edison lights hanging from the high ceiling. Kickstand Events was hired as coordinators for the wedding day but they still helped Jennifer with the logistics of the rehearsal dinner. Beer and wine was self-served at the bar and guest treated their sweet tooth with some homemade swiss cake (the Bride's favorite).

We really enjoyed getting to know Jennifer and Josh. We were super excited to meet a new caterer too! Congratulations Jennifer and Josh! We hope you have an amazing wedding day today!!
