Christy & David Hancock 10.15.15

We absolutely loved Christy's vision for how to use The RiverRoom on her wedding day and are so glad we got to be apart of the her and David's special day!
The Hancock's ceremony was held outside on the deck with a beautiful view of the sunset! The upper deck was decorated with a hoopah, which had a beautiful chandelier in the middle, and several rows of seating for 68 guests that were lined with flowers!

The lower deck was decorated with three cocktail tables, floral centerpieces, and a handmade welcome sign! The decks homey feel was very inviting for all the guests and made for a nice ceremony atmosphere!

Everyone loved when Christy pulled out a stool to kiss her groom for the first time!

Inside the reception was set up to include a lounge area for guests to sit and mingle during cocktail hour. This area of the room included the cake table, couches, cocktail tables, and a gobo monogram against the brick wall which read " Christy & David 10/15/2015"!

Guest seating was comprised of eight, four foot round tables with 58 white resin chairs in addition to the lounge area for the Hancock's 90 guests. The room was brightened by adding Italian Wedding Lights from AV People and the tables decorated with lovely floral arrangements from Lou's Flower World. The bride and groom sat at a sweetheart table rented from ETC. Party Rentals. The table was decorated with a Mr. & Mrs. banner, candles, flower petals, and Christy's bouquet.

As favors guests could choose between two coozies which were located at the chalkboard bar.

Dinner was catered by Middle of the Island who set up the buffet and food station in the nook by the main doors. The set up efficiently got guests through the buffet line to grab food from stations of their choosing!

After dinner it was time to cut the cake! This three tiered cake topped with a bouquet of flowers was made by Leah Bar. The cake table was decorated with a lit "I DO" sign and lots of fragrant flower petals.

Once guests got some cake and wore out the dance floor the newlyweds said goodbye to the newlyweds with a sparkler send off!

Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Hancock!

Thank you to all the vendors who helped:
