It was a beautiful Saturday in Wilmington when Caitlin and Brian tied the knot on the deck of The RiverRoom. The ceremony was decorated with white columns, ivy and flower arrangements, along with white chairs for their guests.

Following the ceremony, family and friends gathered inside for the reception. The RiverRoom was decorated with white and teal linens with gold accents. The center pieces were lovely arrangements of assorted flowers by Verzaal's Florist set on top of a mirror and surrounded by candles.

Guests could find their place settings lining the reception desk that corresponded to a gold number on each of the tables. There were 10 tables total to accommodate for everyone in attendance, as well as 3 cocktail tables set up near the bar for socializing.

The chalkboard bar was customized by Brooke at Southern Bee Designs. Her beach themed design brought so much bright color to the room. A cigar bar was set up on top of the bar with Maker's Mark cigars, chocolate cigars, and matches with the names of the bride and groom with their wedding date. What a creative idea for a wedding favor?!

Dinner and desserts were catered by Bon Appetit. Shrimp and grits, chicken florentine, sweet potato cakes with pulled pork, grilled veggies, and crab cakes were on the menu for the night.

There was quite the impressive dessert spread of mini sweet treats surrounding the elegant cake by Hot Pink Cake Stand.

The newlyweds had a unique alternative to a guest book. The couple had cornhole boards made to remember their special day then had their guests sign them. That is such a fun, personal touch to something they can use for many, many years in the future.

Friends and family of the bride and groom lined the street in front of The RiverRoom with sparklers in hand to send off the happy couple. It was the perfect way to end a perfect day!
