#HeavensToMurgatroyd
A rainy Wilmington afternoon wasn't going to stop this lovely couple from saying "I do" at The RiverRoom. With a quick adjustment, the room was set for an indoor ceremony. The two wine barrels decorated with flowers was such a unique backdrop for the ceremony!
The room was decorated very simply, but with a bit of southern charm with flowers, lavender and lace accents. The centerpieces were distressed painted mason jars and blue hydrangeas surrounded by tea lights. They were such a beautiful addition to the decor.
On the glass gift table, there was a box for guests to write their "best wishes" to the bride and groom-to-be. This is such a great way for friends and family to say something personal to the couple, and will be so much fun to read over at the end of the night!
As small party favors, a candy bar with a variety of purple candy to match the theme was set up for each of the guests to customize their own bag of candy. Such a great way for guests to remember this sweet night!
The dessert table was a beautiful arrangement of different flavors of cupcakes, in addition to the cake topper. We love the little touches of lavender around the cake and cupcakes!
In addition to a sparkler send off, Thomas and Mandy ended their fairytale wedding night with a horse drawn carriage escort.
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Murgatroyd!
