David & Kaylynn's Wedding Day

On Saturday, April 11th, 2015, David and Kaylynn tied the knot at The RiverRoom on Azalea Fest Saturday. They had their ceremony beginning at 3:30 on the deck outside where their guests watched the beautiful couple get married. There was music at the ceremony provided by Dockside Strings. The stunning Kaylynn walked down the aisle with her two brothers. A family friend, Verna Daye, officiated the short yet sweet ceremony. But that was just the start of their magical night as the reception took place shortly after inside The RiverRoom.

This gorgeous wedding would not have taken place without the wedding coordination of Knot Too Shabby Events. The rentals they needed to have their special day were provided by Etc. Party Rentals. But how can we remember this special day forever without the help of Theo Milo Photography. From the beginning of the event till the very end, Theo Milo Photography captured the love between David and Kaylynn, while also getting images of all their guests having fun. However, the photos would not be as beautiful without the amazing floral designs done by Khalilah at A Boxed Event. The room was decorated beautifully with colors involving peach, neutrals and tans. There was kissing balls hanging from the ceiling, beautifully arranged bouquets and boutonnieres, and floral centerpieces and floating candles at each table.

We really loved the unique guest book they had. The couple chose to do assigned seating for all 95 guests so to find their table assignment, they had to find their escort card hanging on twine with a cloth pin and replace it with a Polaroid camera photo. The couple loves golf so each table was named a different golf course! They also have a cute way of finding date night ideas from each guests.

The guests enjoyed lovely food provided by K&W Cafeteria, serving appetizers and a buffet style dinner. The chalkboard on the bar and the welcome chalkboard on the deck were designed by Southern Bee Designs. Now we can not forget the lovely cake topper and cupcake variety that was provided by Tammy at Creative Cake Design by Tammy Hodge. The couple and their guests enjoyed the yummy cake and cupcakes after their dinner. But what happens after all the guests enjoy their food and drinks? The most fun part, of course, dancing! DJ Professionals kept the entire room out of their seats and on the dance floor!

After a sparkler send off at 10:00pm, the guests ended the night by going to the Hilton Riverside where most of them were staying for the after party. It was a beautiful night filled with dancing, love, and smiles. The RiverRoom loves having weddings at our venue and cannot wait for a busy season! Congratulations David and Kaylynn Yankovich.
