On Saturday, July 12, 2014,
The RiverRoom hosted a wedding reception for Cinthya and Edwin! The ceremony took place at
Saint Mary's Catholic Church and the reception was held here immediately after. The RiverRoom was set up with seating for over 100 with rentals from
Etc. Party Rentals!
Cinthya & Edwin choose classic wedding colors, black and white with pops of pistachio green. The room looked beautiful thanks to Lacee with
Magnolia Events. The reception began around 3:30pm and the guests partied until 10:00pm!
Just For You designed the floral centerpieces for each table. I loved the use of a bird cage with flowers on every other table!
Upon arrival to the reception venue, Cinthya & Edwin were introduced as the first time as husband and wife to all of their guests.
DJ Professionals & Video was hired to provide DJ & MC service, while
Dogwood Photography captured everything on film. DJ Professionals & Video brought in one of our Spanish speaking DJ's to accommodate some of their Spanish-speaking family members! After the introductions, Cinthya & Edwin enjoyed their first dance. Cinthya's mom gave a super sweet toasts and then they cut the cake! Cinthya & Edwin even had a videographer from Raleigh called
WJV Productions!
Coastal Catering provided appetizers for cocktail hour and a traditional wedding buffet dinner.
Southern Bee Designs drew the bar menu on the front of our chalkboard bar and the clients provided their own beer, wine and liquor (with the appropriate ABC permit).

The riverside deck on the side of the building was rented for cocktail hour. They rented a tent to keep guests cool from the summer heat and had a Popsicle stand to refresh the guests! The rest of the evening was spent mainly on the dance floor! Everyone had a great time dancing with Cinthya & Edwin! They ended the night in the most perfect way with a sparkler send off! The RiverRoom enjoyed hosting the wedding of Cinthya & Edwin! Congrats you two! We wish you all the best!!

Saint Mary's Catholic Church is just a fabulous venue to take your vows. I haven’t seen such a stunning venue ever in my life. That ceiling art is elegant. The couple is looking great in these photographs. We are thinking to make it a vow renewal location for our parents surprise vow renewal ceremony.
