Kaitlin and Chris' May Wedding

On Saturday, May 4, 2013, Kaitlin Leporatti became Mrs. Chris Beamer. Their wedding ceremony was at 5:00pm on The RiverRoom's waterfront deck. Surrounded by 90 of their closest friends and family members, we couldn't have asked for a prettier day after a rainy week! Kaitlin used our new "semi-circle" deck set up, which had overall seating for 80 guests. Etc. Party Rentals provided the extra samsonite chairs and then all of the linens and extra tables for inside.

Lined up and ready to walk down the aisle!
The bridal party went off for pictures after the ceremony but the rest of the guests headed inside The RiverRoom for cocktail hour. Leslie Koehn was the photographer hired by Kaitlin and Chris! Leslie was awesome to work with and we can't wait to see her images!

Guest were asked to find their name for their table assignments as they entered. The room looked fabulous with hanging lanterns and bright teal linens! Kaitlin's beachy centerpieces were made up of sand, sea shells, and recycled beer bottles with flowers from Bella Florals. Julia's Florist made the corsages and boutonniere, while Bella Florals did the table arrangements and bouquets!

David from DJ Professionals introduced the bridal party around 6:00pm. We, then, went into a delicious buffet dinner from Middle of the Island. After dinner, we watched Chris and Kaitlin share their first dance. They danced to "My Best Friend" from Tim McGraw. Then, Kaitlin danced with her father to "Isn't She Lovely" by Stevie Wonder and Chris danced with his mother to "A Mother's Song" by T Carter.

After the formal dances, we had a champagne toast to the new Mr. and Mrs. Then, it was time to cut the cake! The gorgeous cake came from Oak Island from Crazy Cake Chicks!
Kaitlin and Chris danced the night away with all of their friends. They enjoyed signature cocktails, along with beer and wine, from the bar. As party favors, each guest was given an adorable koozie to keep their beverage cold! The guest book was made out of an old door and they used mosaic tiles to create a finished look.

The night concluded with a beloved sparkler send off! Afterwards, most guests headed to one of downtown's favorites, Reel Cafe's Rooftop Bar!

This amazing couple hired ME to be their day-of coordinator! I spent many months helping Kaitlin and Chris plan their big day. It is so rewarding to see smiling, loving faces at the end of the day after a successful wedding! Thank you both for allowing me in to help your dream wedding come to life! CONGRATULATIONS!
