Shane Callahan married his French Canadian princess, Karen, on a gorgeous Sunday evening in May at The RiverRoom.
Elegant simplicity set the mood for their 60 closest family and friends from all over North America! What a wonderful experience it was to see how much love can come from two totally different worlds! The families mingled, dined, and danced with ease over a delicious meal prepared by A Thyme Savor. Heirloom Vintage China Hire provided their gorgeous china and napkins that we love to see so much!
The bride and groom provided their own music and bar! As this was the first encounter for some of the family members, they were able to fully meet over beer and wine while they jammed out to some music of all genres!
Friends and family were really at the heart of this wedding; the people that Karen & Shane value and adore the most generously contributed to their big day. Friends of the groom created an adorable "Sweets Bar" using our pub table in front of our big window! Their good friend Sherrie decorated our RiverRoom with rustic and vintage flowers, lighting and furniture!
This was one of the most loving, fun and carefree couples I have ever had the pleasure of working with! The comfortable silliness that emanates from their every movement is hard to ignore and easy to get lost in! That ability to be playful and laugh with one another will carry you through this amazing journey!
