Mr. and Mrs. Brandon Tracy's Big Day

On Sunday, July 29, 2012, Ariana Hedeman became Mrs. Brandon Tracy. Ariana and Brandon had their wedding ceremony at the Hilton Riverside in Downtown Wilmington at 4pm. Guests arrived to The RiverRoom immediately after for cocktail hour via a shuttle from the Hilton.
Insider's Tip: if you are staying at the Hilton, they will provide a free shuttle to and from any downtown location.
The room was decorated beautifully with a classic black and white feel. There were candles everywhere! Silver lanterns were hung from the ceilings. The centerpieces were a combination of two square vase floral designs made of hydrangeas with a tall black or white candle stick in the center. The flowers were put together by the Bride and friends of the Bride. They used white hydrangeas, which are always a great choice for a wedding. Around the bar and workstation, floating candles were lit inside tall cylinder vases with stones. Thanks to Etc. Party Rentals for providing an 8 ft. table, 15 extra chairs and black and white linens.

Bon Appetit was here again to serve up a delicious buffet. Hot Pink Cake Stand made cupcakes for the big day. There was a candy bar with baked cookies and sweet treats in addition to the yummy cupcakes. After dinner and dessert, it was time for dancing.
Brandon and Ariana had their first dance to a very special acoustic song that Ariana's father played on guitar. Then, Brandon stepped aside to invite Ariana's dad to the dance floor for a very special father/daughter dance. They danced to "Because You Loved Me" by Celine Dion. Brandon danced with his mother to "All to You" by DJ Koe. This was the first time I heard this song. It was cute - perfect for the Mother/Son dance! Here's the chorus...
"I may not call you as much as I should. I may not say I love you as much as I could. But you’ve got to know this one thing is true. The person I’ve become and all I am I owe it all to you. I owe it all to you. All to you."
After the formal dances were done, it was time for everyone to dance!

Ariana and Brandon created a photo montage of their lives together thus far. We gladly played their slideshow on all four television monitors provided at The RiverRoom. They also had a friend hand-build a photo booth for guests to take funny pictures at after dinner.
Ariana and Brandon spent the later part of the evening dancing with their friends and family. They opted to rent two speakers with an iPod hookup from DJ Professionals and Video for $250.

Tonight's party had to come to a close but once again, it was a honor to be party of someone's most special day. We are so happy for you, Brandon and Ariana. We wish you an eternity of love and happiness!!! <3<3
