Congratulations Terri and Travis Martin! ~ RSVP: The RiverRoom Blog

On Saturday, October 15, 2011, Terri Bowie and Travis Martin became Mr. and Mrs. Martin. The beautiful couple exchanged vows at Greenfield Lake at 5:00pm this evening. Immediately following, their friends and family arrived at The RiverRoom for the wedding reception. The room looks amazing with sage green linens and eggplant purple accent colors. The matching centerpieces were provided by Julia's Florist. Nicki's Cakes made gorgeous cupcakes with purple and green flowers on them and they tastes as good as they look! The couple also rented the deck for their guests to enjoy their dinner (provided by Middle of the Island) at sunset along the enchanting Cape Fear River. This is the first weekend the Battleship Memorial is decorated with green Christmas lights. The green glow goes perfectly with the colors of the evening. A special thanks to Jonathan with DJ Professionals and Video for keeping the good tunes going all night long. The couple enjoyed their first dance to "Groovin' Slowly" by John Butler Trio. The music for the evening was upbeat, fun and inviting. This group definitely knew how to dance and have a good time! The RiverRoom would like to congratulate Terri and Travis and thank them for choosing us to hosts your special day! We wish you all the love in the world!
