Aubrey + Pam - ECU and App State Theme Rehearsal Dinner

Aubrey and Pam held their wedding rehearsal dinner here at The RiverRoom on Friday, May 1st, 2015. They had an ECU and Appalachian State theme for their event. Aubrey played baseball at Appalachian State (Go 'Neers from Melissa, our event manager, who also attended App State), while Pam attended East Carolina University!

Of course, one of the main colors used throughout the room was yellow! The school spirited theme was shown in their decor with yellow napkins and white table cloths. The centerpieces were a simple mason jar with twine and some greenery prepared by the groom's family.

Middle of the Island Catering was the chosen caterer for the night and provided chicken, beef, green beans, creamed corn, squash casserole, salad and as well as delicious apple crisp! MOI also provided servers and bartender for the evening with the guests. Being able to bring in your own alcohol is one of The RiverRoom's best attributes. Darleen, the mother of the groom, baked the cake with love! It was so yummy - you could definitely taste the love put in this cake!

During the event, they had a continuous slide show of childhood pictures of the soon to be bride and groom. The projector was brought in by the client and the screen was provided by The Audio Visual People. The Audio Visual People hung the Edison lights from the ceiling too. They also had childhood pictures displayed at the entry of the venue. Etc. Party Rentals provided all of the additional chairs, tables and glassware.
