Whitney + Ben's New Years Day Wedding Celebration!

Happy New Year folks! The RiverRoom is back at it with our first event of 2015! What better way to start out the year than getting married? On Thursday, January 1st, The RiverRoom hosted the rehearsal dinner for Whitney and Ben! Whitney and Ben invited around 75 guests for the evening. The room was set up with 11 tables of 7. The white linens and blue plate chargers were provided by Etc. Party Rentals. The Audio Visual People hung the pretty Edison lights throughout the room too!

From 6:00pm until just before 7:00pm, the guests enjoyed cocktail hour. They served beer and wine at the bar and had pub trail mix on each cocktail table. The round tables were set up to serve dinner. The catering was provided by Sawmill Catering from right here in Wilmington, NC.

After everyone listened to the toasts, Whitney and Ben cut the cake.  The cake was designed by One Belle Bakery.  The cake was an exact replica of one Ben used to own and just so happened to take Whitney on it for their very first date! After all the celebrations, the dance floor opened up for the last 2 hours of the night with DJ/MC service from DJ Professionals & Video. Everyone had a fabulous time!
