The RiverRoom hosted Sara and Damion's "I Do BBQ" on October 3rd, 2014. The room was decorated in a classic, picnic-style theme featuring white linens with red and white checkered overlays.
L&L Rentals provided all the linens, additional chairs, Chinese lanterns and tables. A simple centerpiece of fall mums and red solo cups filled with plasticware completed the look. White lanterns were hung in the room to finish off the picnic theme. What a perfect theme idea for a rehearsal dinner!

For dinner, the guests dined on a whole array of southern cooking including Eastern BBQ, fried chicken, baked beans, slaw, potato salad and hush puppies from
Smithfield's BBQ.
Creative Cuisine provided the apple cobblers for dessert! Beer, wine and various liquor drinks were served at the bar.
The Butler Did It! staff bartended and stayed throughout the night to make sure everything was clean! They were a great help, as always!
