Megan & Taylor's Rehearsal Dinner: June 13, 2014

On Friday, June 13, 2014, The RiverRoom hosted a rehearsal dinner for Megan Ocheltree and Taylor Kirkland. Megan & Taylor are scheduled to wed at 128 South tomorrow, but first, we're kicking off their wedding weekend here! The RiverRoom looked gorgeous thanks to Taylor's mom, Emily! Emily did a wonderful job setting up the room and making sure everything ran smoothly. Etc. Party Rentals provided the linens, along with a few extra tables and chairs. I love the navy chevron linens used on the cocktail tables!

Bella Florals by Theresa did a beautiful job, as always! She incorporated driftwood in the floral centerpieces to give a beachy look to each tablescape. The NCSU groom's cake was from One Belle Bakery. The Audio Visual People provided the pretty Edison lights and they used DJ Professionals & Video for DJ and MC service during the rehearsal dinner. It's not very often that we have a DJ at a rehearsal dinner but we sure did have a blast!

Middle of the Island was the caterer. They served cheese and fruit in a pretty display during cocktail hour and a full dinner buffet. Guests were given customized wine glasses and beverage koozies as party favors. The night was simple and short so all could rest before the big day! Congratulations to Megan & Taylor! We hope you had a beautiful wedding day at one of Wilmington's other fine venues!
