Bella Florals by Theresa designed the ceremony flowers. She made 4 arrangements to hang on the reserved aisle chairs using a mason jar and brown ribbon. I love the wooden floral stand used in front of the wedding arbor too! After the ceremony, we used the florals inside too!
DJ Sammy of DJ Professionals & Video rocked The RiverRoom all morning while the guests mingled! The beautiful couple shared a romantic first dance to"Sea of Love" by the Honeydrippers before eating brunch with all of their loved ones. The Audio Visual People hung the elegant Edison lights from the ceiling throughout the room and we added the mint pompoms over the dance floor.
Middle of the Island catered the delicious brunch filled with a western omelet, fruits & veggies, shrimp & grits martinis, and carving station among many others! The bar was stocked and prepared serving breakfast cocktails of mimosas, bloody marys, and irish coffees for the St. Patrick's Day weekend. A family friend, Susan Joyner, baked and designed the gorgeous white wedding cake! She hand-made dozens of white frosted roses. The cake was so moist and delicious! She may have a new career here!
Melissa of The RiverRoom has been offering day-of coordination to our brides for a couple of years. Now, she's established a business name for it all and is expanding her wedding and event coordination as Knot Too Shabby Events. Melissa worked with Sarah as her day-of planner over the course of her booking to put all of her ideas together to have the wedding of Sarah's dream. We think we accomplished this! The best part was seeing the Bride's face as she entered the reception site for the first time! She nearly cried! :) The mint and canteen brown went perfect together and the white centerpieces put it all together!
