All White Winter Wonderland

On Thursday, December 19, 2013, The RiverRoom was transformed into an all white winter wonderland! Everything was white - linens, flowers, cake and of course, the guests attire! Shanata and Cassandra tied their union in Maryland last week and they are back in Wilmington to celebrate with all of their friends and family members!

L&L Tent & Party Rentals provided the white linens, plates and glassware. Since The RiverRoom already includes seating for 50, they didn't have to order more tables and chairs. The Pilot House prepared a delicious dinner for all of us to enjoy. Shanata and Cassandra provided their own bar, filled with beer and wine but they hired a bartender from The Pilot House. The Audio Visual People supplied the glistening white Edison lights hanging from the ceiling beams.

Shanata & Cassandra attended our recent big, fat, fake wedding. It was there that they won some awesome raffle prizes to enrich their big day. Shanata won a free bridal bouquet from Lily Belles Event Design. Jennifer of Lily Belles designed a gorgeous white bouquet of hydrangeas for our brides. The ladies also won free sweatheart table seating from AbeL - Custom Lounge & Specialty Rentals.

Coastal Cupcakes baked the cupcakes with love. They also had three sheet cakes displayed in the arch window. Both of them tasted scrumptious!

We spent the evening hanging out, relaxing with our loved ones and enjoying the view. Around 10:00pm, the party ended and Shanata and Cassandra thanked their loved ones for attending. This time of year always reminds us how important these moments are and it was clear tonight that we are all very blessed! We wish you all the best Shanata and Cassandra!

This is the last wedding reception we have in 2013. It was a great year with many beautiful events! Until next year.... Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
