Ruthie & Sean Deck Wedding and Reception - Friday August 15, 2014!

On Friday, August 15, 2014, The RiverRoom had the pleasure of hosting Ruthie & Sean's wedding and reception! The ceremony was held outside on The RiverRoom's deck with the beautiful Cape Fear River as a backdrop! 70 of the couple's closest friends and family came together to celebrate this special day with them!

 

After Ruthie & Sean said "I do," guests moved inside to start off cocktail hour! Malibu blue and lime green were the color scheme and were incorporated into the bridal party and decorations! The RiverRoom provided 8 round tables and 50 white chairs and Etc. Party Rentals provided additional tables and chairs, along with all of the colorful linens. The blue and green linens really livened up the room!

Middle of the Island Catering Co provided the food for cocktail hour and dinner. Guests enjoyed a delicious Italian buffet with drinks from the bar! Coastal Cupcakes displayed a beautiful, fun display of colorful cake pops! This is such a creative alternative from the traditional wedding cake!

Pictures of Ruthie & Sean's family and pets were creatively displayed in antiqued window frames, adding a personal touch to the area! The couple also incorporated their love for travel through these adorable decorations!

Beautiful moments from the night were captured by photographer Shakil Luddin! DJ Professionals and Video provided the musical entertainment as guests danced the night away! DJ Professionals and Video also hung the romantic Edison lights throughout the room. Everyone enjoyed the night and celebrating Ruthie & Sean's marriage!
