The RiverRoom had the pleasure of hosting Katie and Oren's wedding day on August 27th, 2014. The whole ceremony took place inside at The RiverRoom.
The couple had a smaller wedding hosting around 50 guests. With this number, the ceremony was able to take place inside using an exposed brick wall as the backdrop. The couple stood under an arbor provided by
ETC Party Rentals, which was near the bar door with chairs facing the brick wall as well. The officiant,
Shannon McKay, lead the ceremony. Katie & Oren's son was the adorable ringbearer and they each had one attendant.
Behind the ceremony setup, there were 8 round tables with centerpieces and plates on top. The couple chose a bright turquoise and green colors for their wedding. ETC helped set up the ivory runners on top of turquoise linens and accented ties on the chairs.
Billy Beach Photography helped capture all the beautiful moments the couple got to share on their big day! After the ceremony, there was also a photo booth set up for guests to play around with.
A friend of the bride and groom designed the wedding cake. It consisted of three tiers with green and blue flowers on one side. They also enjoyed some vanilla frosting cupcakes. Everything went together perfectly with the accents hanging above the cake in the window over looking the river.
Katie made the crafty blue accented chandeliers that hung from the ceiling herself. They included candles floating inside the drooping ribbons. The main chandelier had flowers in all different shades of blue and was a very nice focal point.
The couple took advantage of the Edison lights from
The Audio Visual People. They also allowed a dance floor and had David from
DJ Professionals and Video keep the party going. Everyone seemed to have a fabulous time! Congrats Katie and Oren, we wish you many years of happiness!
