captured this cute one at the rehearsal dinner from Lauren's Facebook! |
Lauren and Drew wed on Friday, May 23, 2014 at The RiverRoom during a beautiful deck ceremony. The officiant for the ceremony was the groom's mother, Jeanne. Jeanne also helped Lauren design the floral centerpieces and bouquets. Together, they hand-made a lot of the decorations too! Etc. Party Rentals provided the white linens and a few extra tables and chairs. The overall tablescapes were so cute! I loved the random pop of blue glasses on each table! They room was set up with 12 tables of 6 and one sweetheart table for the newlyweds!
Paul Ford Catering provided the delicious meal for the reception. An assortment of beer and wine was served from the bar. One of the biggest benefits of using The RiverRoom is being able to bring in your own bar and outside caterer! Our bar is now covered with chalkboard paint so guests love using it for the bar menu!
The Audio Visual People provided the lovely edison lights and some waterfall effect lights. DJ Nick with DJ Professionals made sure the guests were having a good time throughout the night, starting with Lauren & Drew's first dance. They danced to "Ain't Nothin' 'Bout You" by Brooks & Bunn. Then, Lauren danced her dad to "Mama Don't Let Your Babies Grow Up To Be Cowboys" by Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings. Drew also shared a special dance with his mom to a wedding classic, "What a Wonderful World" by Louis Armstrong. Check out this video from our instagram feed! Lauren and her girls were gettin' down!
Congratulations to Lauren & Drew and thank you for celebrating your wedding weekend at The RiverRoom! We were happy to be a part of not only your rehearsal dinner but your wedding day too! We wish you all the best! Cheers-
