What A Wonderful Time of Year

December is flying by but not before we have a couple more holiday parties at The RiverRoom to bring out more holiday cheer during this wonderful time of year. Thursday, December 13, 2012, we are hosting a Christmas party for a local BNI group. Charles rented the room in the evening to show his employees how much he appreciates all of their hard work throughout the year. Charles supplied beer and wine for the guest to enjoy and heavy appetizers were dropped off from Paul Fords Catering. The party was from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm and everybody had a great time hanging out down by the River. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years Charles and friends! We hope to work with you more in 2013!!

Then, on Saturday, December 15, 2012, we hosted our last Christmas party of the season for Lovitt Motor Company. Lovitt Motor Company had their party with us last year and booked us again for this year so we are happy to have them back. They used a combination of outside caterers... Pine Valley Market, Front Street Brewery and Lowe's Foods for fruit and veggie platters. There were adorable holiday cupcakes from Lowe's too!

Melissa Lovitt hosted the party for all of the company employees. It was a great party with great food and great drinks too. Melissa provided beer, wine and liquor with the appropriate special one time ABC permit. The room was decorated with lots of holiday touches. There were Christmas lights hanging over the dance floor and candy cane linens. The party was from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm and then some of the guest even went out downtown afterwards. That's one of the perks of being right downtown already...plenty of things to do after we close our doors here. We had a great time spending the holidays with you all!
